The Nintendo Switch is a revolutionary new console from the company that has always been at the forefront of gaming. On March 3rd, 2017, it was released and immediately sold out. There was a long line of people waiting to purchase one. A few months later, many retailers were still selling out quickly and for inflated prices because demand couldn't be met for the remainder of the year. With an excellent lineup of games available both now and coming soon, this is still a must-have console for any gamer.

Nintendo has been unable to meet the demand for the Nintendo Switch, its newest console. The company has been scrambling to manufacture enough of the consoles to meet customer demand, and they're currently having a hard time meeting that demand because of parts shortages and other production issues. Despite this, there's no need to worry. Nintendo is still expecting strong sales for their console through 2021, and all indications seem to point towards it being a success.

As Nintendo stated, the global semiconductor shortage continues to hinder the production of the PS5 and Xbox Series X as well and makes it difficult to find stock of both consoles. Nintendo admits that they will not be able to meet the demand for the Switch, which falls between November and December, because they will not have enough stock.

Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa stated that the supply issues will persist for the foreseeable future and that there is no improvement in the ongoing global chip shortage during Nintendo's second-quarter results briefing (Reuters).

As a result of the holiday season, we are unable to supply enough [Nintendo Switch hardware] to meet the demand. According to Nintendo, there are no signs of improvement, and the situation remains challenging, so it is hard to predict how long the situation will last. This means waiting for the best Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals may not be an option if you are after the console itself. For those who are confident that they will need a Nintendo Switch before Christmas, we recommend getting one sooner rather than later in order to avoid disappointment.

Let's take a look at the analysis: it might be worth buying a Switch before Black Friday

Because Nintendo's portable console is continuing to be a popular choice among consumers. The Nintendo Switch OLED was introduced a few months ago, and I would consider it to be one of the best Switches that I have ever seen. However, unless you are a first-time Nintendo Switch purchaser, I would not recommend the Nintendo Switch OLED.

Nintendo has adjusted its forecast for future sales accordingly. It has lowered its target of 25.5 million units by 6%, indicating that it may only be able to produce around 24 million units due to shortages of semiconductor chips. The result of this is that we are expecting a 20% drop in Switch production.

The reason why Nintendo Switch remains so popular is primarily because of Nintendo's software, even though the Switch is hardware that has been available for more than five years now. Super Smash Bros., Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Mario Kart 8, etc. Ultimate, along with Breath of the Wild 2, is a possible selling point for the console. This Black Friday, we've compiled a list of the top 10 Switch games to buy.

A Nintendo Switch is the ideal platform to cater to both fitness enthusiasts and hobby enthusiasts alike, thanks to titles like Ring Fit Adventure and Nintendo Labo. In addition, Nintendo Switch features three distinct models, including the original Nintendo Switch, a portable Nintendo Switch Lite, and a Nintendo Switch OLED-based model.

In addition, Nintendo recently released an expansion pack, the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack, for its online subscription service. Despite its high price and a few teething problems, the service is loved by many Switch owners because it allows them to play games from the N64 and Sega Genesis platforms. Additionally, subscribers can download Happy Home Paradise, the new Animal Crossing: Horizons DLC, with the update.

The Nintendo Switch console itself will not be available for purchase during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but we will find plenty of deals on accessories and games in November.
